I urgently needed an MOT. Mr Clutch has a good reputation. I booked on a Sunday afternoon for an appointment first thing on Monday. Friendly welcome, and an hour later the work was done, with a clear advisory. Good price, good welcome and a job well done. Thanks
Amazing service! Had an issue that MOT may not be done beacuse of an internal issue, but kept me fully up to date before the day of booking. Well informed throughout! And managed to get the part needed to complete the MOT. Cannt fault the service at all! We’ll be back for any car needs. Thank you
I have used the Bletchley depot for a few years and have always received very good service. Today I am having some new front brakes fitted.
There was an electrical short circuit somewhere, causing an issue with one of my headlights. The Mr Clutch team were fantastic, firstly diagnosing the issue, and then they resolved it for me. On another occasion too, they diagnosed an issue I had with the car following a repair and service elsewhere. They painstakingly checked all systems until the fault was found, and resolved. Fantastic customer service and professionalism. Ultimately, the team are very knowledgeable and care about doing the best job they can. Prices are reasonable too.
Because I had such a good experience when I had my MOT done, I booked in for a service. From booking the service to picking up the car, the entire process was faultless with great communication. A special mention to Elliot who I dealt with on the front desk: He went the extra mile to provide an outstanding customer service. I had a couple of questions about the car which Elliot answered very comprehensively...... these guys clearly know their stuff, and provide a great service at a good price. Highly recommended.
